Dr. Kochan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook’s School of Dental Medicine, then completed a residency program at Booth Memorial Medical Center, and has been practicing dentistry in New York City since 1988, and in her Mount Kisco office since 1999. She taught at New York Hospital Medical Center as an attending dentist, head of the Fixed Prosthetic Department, and Director of the Evening Dental Program. Dr. Kochan has been awarded fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry(FAGD). A fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry has been recognized by other dentists as a leader who is committed to quality patient care through continuing dental education. An FAGD dentist must earn a minimum of 500 approved continuing dental education credits and pass a comprehensive 400-question examination; they must also be an Academy of General Dentistry member for five continuous years. Dr. Kochan is proud to maintain her dedication to continuing education and her Fellowship in the Academy. Dr. Kochan lives in Danbury, CT. She has a son and daughter, both of whom are a great source of pride and joy.
